Noob at Modding - Managed to Install Boob/Butt physics but it only applies to playable character and not npcs.

I installed a boob and butt physics system called "The TBBP animation of Dragonfly" but only if my character is a female does the physics apply. For NPC's their physics dont apply to their boobs. 

 

This is my mod list. How can I make it so their tits move around too?

Your NPCs wearing default Skyrim armor/clothing? If so, you'll need to install replacers that supports physics, because all armor and clothing have their own meshes. Also I can't tell surely about that exact "The TBBP animation of Dragonfly" mod, maybe it support only PC, not NPC.
