I don't know of a fix for that.  There are a number of sexlab mods that have this issue.  I think it's because they're using a different method of starting sex than what SLSO is trying to hook into.  I tried figuring out how to fix that but I just got confused trying to figure it out and gave up @_@

i had the same problem but think i found the issue, is because of psq

during non consensual scenes it gives npc a debuff which disables all regen, but it applies to the player too

i fixed it by simply making it not apply to the player, but im not sure if i can post the esp here

i know this is an old thread but i hope i can help someone

I've been searching the contents of SLSO for the same problem for a long time, and thanks to your hint, I've found the cause: there's a description in the playersuccubusquestscript.pex of PSQ. It gives a 1000 debuff to all rape actions. I didn't know what file I needed to recompile, so I disabled it by changing the spell value in SSEEdit. Thanks.

The spell is called SuccubusRapeVictimDebuffSpell.  Just delete the effects in the Effects section that effect magicka and stamina and that should do it.  Very simple, no need to wait for someone to post it ^_^

Could this patch work in SE or are you interested in making one for SE?

Sorry I dont want to sound demanding  I never did any scripting and I though maybe you are able to do it if you already did so for LE

turns out there was 3BBB compatibility patch for PSQ 3.2.8a SE.

 

but dunno how to mix two properly. any tips?
 

he did gods work but not sure how to mix two
