It is my first post on this forum and let me thank to all creators and TURBODRIVER to bring this amazing mod to me, it's been a long time that I started to use this mod and all the CCs and animations that y'all been releasing, and I'm very very gratefull or thankfull (whatever it is said haha), but the thing is... Hi anonymousim, first of all I made my sim muscular putting the workout bar at top full (in CAS menu), and then I go to skin detail and select:  this skin overlay https://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims4-skintones/title/markus-skin-overlay-hq/id/1367723/  Also I use Hiroki's detailed tops for males (found on this site) and a raised abs and bigger chest mod found on this page: http://modthesims.info/d/560293  Try ir to your sim and let me know if worked with you
