weird box wont go away.

sometimes it goes away, sometimes it doesn't. how do i get rid of it?

Did you use the console for something? That looks like the info box that you can call up in the Console. I think Tab is what enables it.

 

Try opening your Console (the ~ key) and then Tab to see if that clears it.
