Realize today i still use PapyrusUtil 3.1, should i use new 3.3?

I had a break from Skyrim for some time, and came back some week ago, and only now realize there is newer version then included in Sexlab 1.62...

 

I never checked mod description for which version is needed, does anybody know if any mods require newer then 3.1? 

 

Or,  is any reason not to update to 3.3?
