Merging Textures and Meshes

So at the moment i have COS body from All-in-one animated pussy with Demoniac textures overwriting it and I would like to add the pubic hair from this (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71755/?) while keeping my own textures. Could someone explain how to do this? If its even possible.

I'd use GIMP for something like this. Cut, paste, clone, and blend.
