Okay so I'm pretty new to modding and noticed something very strange - ever since I started using WickedWhims occasionally spiraling icons float over my sims heads and swirls or scratch-type marks appear on their bodies. No idea how to get rid of it or why it's happening. Photo attached.

 

Your sim is currently sick. That is the sickness feature that came with the Get to Work Expansion Pack.
