Need help finding an Adult game(?)

Hey guys, can anyone help me find this game?

 

Firstly, I think it's a game; I'm not 100% sure since the pictures I found were from ads that lead to random websites.

 

But usually, these types of animated ads steal stuff from existing games/videos anyway so I figure I'll ask.

Just a guess but I'm 99.99% sure that's just a random gif from some sort of 3d hentai animation and used to attract people instead of an actual game.

 

On the subject of that specific 3d animation sorry but I have no idea what it's from.

Yeah, I guess it is far more likely to be from a 3d animation than a game, darn.

 

But all the same, if anyone knows where the original source material is from, please let me know
