Whicked whims cause game not to load or sim picture to disappear:(

Hey Guys

 

So I downloaded the wicked whims for my sims 4 game but when I try to load a household it just goes onto the loading screen then goes back to the world screen. I

f I load a saved game the picture of my sim in the left corner disappears. I've tried taking files out of 'mods' file and was still facing the same issue, even with just the wicked whims left in the file. I've tried changing the sims 4 compatibility to run something under windows 10 such as I choose windows 8 and was still faced with this issue. When I took the wicked whims file out and it was fine 9Other CC and mod animations was still in the mod's file)

It's never done this before but the mods come up in the start menu and in game so they're defiantly running just facing this problem... Anyone any suggestions, I'm unsure what to do?

there nothing you can do i have the same problem the creator already knows about it i think he been trying to fix it. it takes time to find the problem

You need to include any information that would actually allow me to help you.

Especially the game version and exception files.
