can anyone help me get rid of some errors? I have these come up when I check for errors in TES5Edit:

 

REFR -> Record marked as deleted but contains: Base

 

I have no idea how to fix this. I know that these come up when you edit the default skyrim stuff but other mods are clean but edit skyrim so how is it they get around this?
