Can I buy back the game not long after refund withouth any consequences from steam?

However, Valve does reserve the right to stop honoring refunds if you're repeatedly buying and refunding the same game. Buying the game a second time is fine, but requesting a second refund is probably pushing it too far.

Its a old game, my refund was more like region-lock policy rage . I thought I got some shittier version.

 

In the end that version was fine and working. So my refund was not needed.
