Confused on how pregnancy works in Sexout Pregnancy

I have all the required mods that are needed for sexout pregnancy v3 to work, The game tells me that my SCR, Sexout NG and Spunk are fine, And no other errors, But i can't get pregnant it seems, I got banged by a big horner but nothing happened the medical scanner tells me no sperm and everything else is 0 except fert cycle, I have fertility token in my inventory so i should be able to get pregnant, Skipping 23 hours did nothing i didn't get a pregnancy token or anything else so what am i doing wrong? i should say i got pregnant in sexout breeder farm once when starting the quest, got the pregnant token, But after birthing the first bighorn pup despite still having the token i wasn't getting pregnant and the same problems occurred i tried skipping 23 hours nothing, Why is this happening?

After getting knocked up i dont have the pregnancy or pup token am i not suppose to get these right after? When i did the farm quest from sexout breeder i got those two tokens afterwards.
