A good house mod

Can anyone suggest to me a good house mod? I'm interested in a manor/castle with ample dungeon room for my slave girls. Perhaps even a barracks/living quarters for "repurposed" companions. I'm looking for something a little more finished then zCastle, but something along those lines is what I need.

Thanks in advance.

Tantrivaylia

Includes a quest for mid to high level characters, lots of interesting NPCS and a good sized castle/manor.

Tantrivaylia is not what I'm looking for. A huge empty (but furnished) castle in the wilderness that I can populate with companions and slaves is what I'm after.

Glenvar castle works if I don't buy any of the guards/maids... but the lighting is TERRIBLE, way too dark, and I'm not sure about how to go about editing this in CS.

Anyone else have any more suggestions?

Oblivion War Cry has player housing mod, you could check it out.

Also looking for it, but more like this, some houses around in Cyrodill.

It looks awesome, and I'm sure a ton of work went into it but it isn't what I'm looking for either. I'm talking about a big castle, with lots of living space/barracks/dungeons/armories/treasure vaults/libraries. I would prefer it be empty of NPCs but it isn't essential (I can always use the 'disable' command) but no village surrounding it, isolation is key. The lighting doesn't have to be bright but I should at least be able to see what I'm doing, Glenvar castle is WAY too dark. I've been searching but to no avail, everyone either seems to like a huge gaudy castle full of servants and guards surrounded by a village, or the complete opposite, a damp dark dungeon with little amenities.

might be for you.

I've not tested yet though since it conflicts with Lost Spires.

Of couse there is also carcernus

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7619

Although that's not truely a house mod.

Also you need to be careful if you plan to store LoversMagic dolls in there, I had some revived Mythic Dawn girls literally rip it apart (no idea what happened, but somehow they managed to get the door between the areas appear inside their cell to get out and kill the guards...).

Beat me to it.

this is, HANDS DOWN, the BEST castle mod.

Especially if you're runinng the LOVERS mods.

OMG, there are times I never leave the castle just because I'm having so much fun with the staff and people i've locked in the dungeon in the basement. The pool/hot tub area is sooo much fun to hang out in.

EDIT:

I see that TantriVaylia isn't to your liking, but consider this.

Most big empty castle mods aren't navmeshed so even if you bring in your own NPCs, they won't move anywhere in the house on their own. No AI routines, no schedules...no realism.

More like harem estate. This is the temple of love goddess, basically only women lives there...a lots of women. of course you can add more women and dress them into bunny girls or anything appealing and live there like Hugh Marston Hefner. Smith, Garden, pool, prison, lots of beds and guest rooms close to your master bedroom to store your lovers and bandit slaves.

all the girls are working and have their own schedules. depends on their jobs.

I really like Emma's house mods.Emma co-created vilja and her house mod are companion friendly. She has a range of homes from the small to the large. My favorites are aleswood, lakeside , and redrose manor.

Aleswood has 3 levels :

upstairs: single and double bed.storage etc

groundfloor: fireplace , dinning area

basement: large area with crafting stuff, nice alchemy gear , 2 single beds

Lakeside: my favorite though slightly smaller than aleswood but is a really lovely location and nice home.

Rosewood manor:

her larges house with 5 levels

level 3 : 5 single beds ,fireplace , some crafting stuff,alchemy gear

level 2: master bedroom - double bed, fireplace and chairs and balcony

level 1 - dinning area, kitchen area, entrance.

Basement - storage more crafting stuff and access to large cavern area

Cavern area: large cavern with large pool and some seating, teleport mirror to mayor cities

her mods founds at http://lovkullen.net/Emma/oblivionbyemma.htm

It would be good to include details about space and number of beds in house recommendations. For each mod, what would be the answer to the questions, "If a shit-load of companions were dumped into this room, would they occupy it gracefully? Would they collide like buffoons in narrow corridors or doorways? Are there enough beds to accommodate a large group?"
