Chest caving into the body on crouch and jumping looks weird CBBE

I had this issue awhile back and for the life of me I can't recall what I did wrong back then to fix it now. I am half asleep so I am going to stop throwing rocks at the problem and just ask someone to point out what dumb thing I forgot. I build all the outfits in bodyslide and they all have the issue also redid fnis just to make sure also.

Your first screenshot looks like a skeleton issue.

davisev5225 is right, it's a skeleton issue. either install a new skeleton mod (i recommend xpmse) or, if you already have a mod with a working skeleton, uninstall it and reinstall it.

You are both right, I am now trying to find out what screwed with the skeleton to break everything. I wasted an hour thinking it was something else last night and feel very stupid right now.
