Need help with NPC belly node

I'm trying to play with the pregnant scaling bodies, but I can't get the game to recongize that I have a NPC belly node, and all of the videos are for versions that are YEARS old. I have xp 32 skeleton, FNIS, Beeing female, CCCas, and I try to get through the egg factory, I get the message i'm knocked up, but the "egg factory" mod won't recognize the belly node at all. I"m using CBBE, by hte way.  

 

I am running FNIS, and getting this message: ">>Warning: Custom skeleton found. Select SKELETON patch.<<" So, what patch does it want?
