PowerShell replaces CMD (Exporting animations problem)

With the new version of windows 10, "PowerShell" replaces CMD and when I tip the comand "hktcnv myXMLfile myHKX file" to transform my .xml animation to hkx format doesn't work!

 

Someone can help me please?
