You need a body replacer (and possibly textures additional), most common for males is Schlongs of Skyrim (has it's own skeleton, better reinstall your xpmse or whatever you use again after that).

For females there are a lot, the main bodies are CBBE and (U)UNP, and often used together with bodyslide to customize them.
