Instant turning animation glitch in some areas?

Hello!

So recently i started getting this bug. Its kinda hard to explain.

When my PC turns in any direction while running/walking the animation instantly turns to that direction

In this video below its me pressing left and right and forward pretty fast but you get the idea. There is no transition between animations.

It only happen in some areas.

Everywhere else all walking/running animations are smooth like they are suppose to be.

But once the bug happens it always happens in the same area. It taints the area, Like Whiterun for example, its glitchy in whiterun but everywhere else animations looks normal.

Dont know whats causing it.

I got no errors in Fnis and really animations work like they are suppose to....except for that wierd choppy instant animation turning.

Been searching everywhere but cant figure out why it happens and cant find other people with the same bug.

Im sure there are other people that had the bug but cant really find anything.

conflicting walk animations maybe? What female body animations are you using? Can you post mod load order?

Doesnt seem to have anything to do with walk animations since i can remove them all and run fnis and i will still get the same issue no matter the animation. Either way i use the old Dragonfly animations.

Fast instant turning animations with no transitions.

The bug also only happen in some areas(like riften), If i leave Riften its back to normal but the moment i go back to Riften, Its buggy.

But the bug happen to more and more areas. And it only happens to PC. Npc's move like they are suppose to.

This sounds like you have

[Controls]
bDampenPlayerControls = 0

in your skyrim.ini. If you do, try setting it to 1.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it but it didnt fix my issue tho

Its problaby something else.

I was seeing stack dumps in my papyrus log so maybe it messes up something that causes glitches for animations.

Maybe i run to many mods with scripts.

Here is my papyrus settings.
