Can't download from download button

Help, i cannot download any files on this site, its says failed to download.. i try another mod download button but, none of them is work..

There is another problem : impossible to upload a big (more than 1 mo)file. I tried several times, but it failed... i only got a blank line...

Im using google chrome in android.. i do same on pc.. but still failed
