Form ID's for an esp cant seem to find help

hey im building my own mod  PM bod and have made the first part of the textures im going to use but im having trouble finding the form id's of all the female and male body textures for each faction and the followers im thinking this may be something i have to establish and have never written one of these  is there a tutorial somewhere or some type of learning source some can point me to? im not asking for someone to teach me everything but i cant seem to find any help with this at first i was wanting someone to teach the hole process now I want someone to just at least explain the esp setup in a better  way or tell me im over thinking it. its no-ones responsability or job and i get you spent  a long time at it whats wrong with helping someone out thats trying to make the same Jurney . im meticulous so i may make good work and im no competition as i always cite and recomend the authors i may get an idea from for an improvment. PM me if you don't want it on blast i just wanna be able to put my stuff out there and make it useable with out conflict
