Out of date mod

So I downloaded wickedwhims and started playing around with it. After clicking a few different actions a warning notification came up that said that i might have an outdated mod for wickedwhims. But how do i know which mod is outdated, because I have heaps? And how do i update the mod?

Including the exception file could help but you most likely still have to look for the mod that could be causing problems. Or it could be that it's not an outdated mod at all.

may i ask under what occasion that a check is needed?i mean some of the animation mod thats listed in the support topic aged a couple months and theres official update and stuff. new to sims series...

I don't know what do you mean. It's not a mod FOR WickedWhims that could be outdated, it's a mod in general.

Including the exception file will help determine what sort of mod could be the issue, that's all I can say with the amount of information you have provided. If even a mod is the problem.
