Any Mod Like This?

Any mod for Skyrim that is like Fallout 3's Exnem BB oily skin and skimpy pack? I loved that that pack changed all clothes including NPC's but all mods I've tried so far don't affect NPC's clothes. I don't care about the oily skin part but is there any mod that will actually change everyone else's clothes to a skimpier version?
