[REQ] Custom follower

I have no experience in modding so i was wondering if someone could make a standalone follower using this preset http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/4099-goblinette/ Shidoni's goblin girl or could someone direct me to a guide on how to do it myself. Even talked to shidoni about it thinks its a great idea.
