Now for the problem. Almost everything works. However sometimes when I am Eager NPCs (or maybe it's Sexlab Solutions) gives me an option to talk someone into having sex and I do succeed people just walk away and nothing happens. For example: I walk into Karthwasten and talk the boss about getting rid of mercs. Option comes up to ask him to have sex as a payment for me to get rid of them. He agrees and proceeds to just walk away. Same thing happened with Margaret in Markarth. I killed her would be assassin before he could kill her and as the reward she offers her booty. I say okay and... she just stands there. I can talk to her but it's as if she didn't just offer to blow me. It happens once in a while. I've tried resetting sexlab and everything else to their defaults but nothing seems to help. So I am guessing it might be load order or one of the other mods is preventing script from kicking in.

As for the sex stuff, it might be worth looking at

 

Killable Lootable Children for Hearthfires.esp, I may also just be missing it but there appears not to be the base game version in your load order, though whether that is intentional or not no idea, they could be causing it, I can also see a x117setmerged, is it the child like race, in which case that could also be causing problems, so it may be worth looking into that as well.

 

Though to be honest your load order to me looks kinda iffy, with some of the esp's in places I would not expect them, mind you there a fair few that I do not even recognize.

Hearthfires version of KLC does include the the vanilla mod. It just makes sure that ALL the kids can be killed. The original version excludes one kid, no idea which one it is.

The x117 was used with skykids mod, but the kids looked way too creepy so I gotten rid of them. I kept the clothing because I am using some of the jewelry from that mod on my character because the take slots that nothing else seems to fill, like anklets for example. Good way to add another bit of a buff with enchanting. That one I do think that I will remove as well. Sometimes that stuff just unequips all on it's own. So it's not as useful as I thought it might be.
