[HELP] Install penises for creatures

Since a week, I'm trying to get all the creatures to have a penis in game thanks to More Nasty Creatures, Sexlab Nude Creatures, Creature Framework etc.

But even with those mods, I can't do it, and I begin to lose hope

Could someone please explain me how I do it? Huge thanks
