Don't know where that .exe thing came from. You do have a 3DMGame account, right? It's needed to view download links.

Probably. There was another Chinese mod I downloaded, lots of accessories like angel wings and glasses and things (can't remember the name) but it would place all the equipment in your inventory as soon as you exited showracemenu on a new game.
