Guild Breaking Bugs

So I've run into bugs so far with the College and the Thieves guild that won't allow me to progress past the first questline. For the College Hitting the Books wouldn't start after Saarthal, and skipping that quest via commands broke the rest of the guild. For the Thieves Guild after Taking Care of Business Brynjolf just says "hmmm" and I'm treated as a trespasser in the cistern. The latter bug has been around for some time now and people say the Unofficial Patches will fix this, yet I have the Legendary Patch and the bug persists. Others say that certain mods are responsible, yet I just recently, as far as I know, have run into this bug without the mods specified being in my load order. I know this bug is new as for around probably 850 of my 900 hours in this game I have not run into this glitch before, I have even completed the guilds on other characters. I would love if someone could assist me in stopping this issue. My load order will be listed below. It's a lot, but I've had no run in with this glitch with a larger mod list before.
