I was messing around, uninstalling a few mods (the biggest I think was All-In-One HDT Animated vagina) and now my character's face is old.

Any idea how I would fix this?

My best guess is that you uninstalled some "wrinkles to freckles" complexion replacing mod.

 

Either install such a mod again, or use showracemenu to change your characters complexion to something different.
