HDT Physics breaks after loading a save

I'm having a bit of a weird issue with it and google hasn't really provided me with any results that have worked, and I'm hoping someone can help. I started a fresh install, got all the mod's I wanted set up and everything seemed to be working fine. All the physics were working initially. After testing some of the armours to make sure they came out okay from bodyslide, I reloaded the save before I had them, but noticed some weird physics going on now. While both breasts jiggled, the right one would abruptly stop and get stuck in weird positions and the left one would kind of do the same just a lot less often, her right butt cheek would also jiggle a lot longer than her left. Any new character I tried making after would initially work fine, but after loading a save it would again break.
I've tried reinstalling HDT, Realistic Ragdolls, XPMSE Skeleton following the guide here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/28507-how-to-install-hdt-step-1-click-this-an-overly-descriptive-tutorial/ but it still keeps happening. The body is Clams of Skyrim, if that might be causing the issue.

Found the issue! Sort of thanks to this advice. It was already a fresh install so I just did it over again, Checking the physics with each new mod. KS Hairdos seemed to be causing the issue, which they have a fix for in their downloads.
