I'm super late to the party, but I also had a lot of trouble back in the day getting a hold of these resources. So, here they are - I'm attaching a text file to it too with the old description and the page to link to when giving credit (even if that is just a dead link now). Leaving it here for other folks who may have been looking for it as well!
