How does skyrim.jpn.org work?

I'm curious cuz i want to see if there's anyway to ask them what mods they use to get the effects in those screenshots they post constantly....

 

 

is it just 1 person posting or is it an anonymous image posting site? cuz all those faces are so detailed and probably the most well made i've ever seen in skyrim. they're either the racemenu/ECE masters or they know people who are and use their presets. I want those face presets so badddd:

Anonymous image posting site. Sometimes people will "reply" by uploading a copy of someone else's image with their comment text placed directly on the image. Useful if you want to ask somebody what mods they're using.
