[Idea] More immersive Inns and Taverns

I always found it odd that when you walk into an in with several followers all a good night's sleep costs 10G.

I know of RRR (Perseids Inns and Taverns - Realistic Room Rental Enhanced ) but this mod is kinda old and tends to be incompatible with quite a few mods.

 

I was wondering if there is something similar or could possibly be created.

Borrowing a few ideas from RRR and with the intent on creating a gold sink.

The idea here is to use an Inn you first need to open a tab which is made of 2 parts Static and Dynamic.

 

Static - Paid upfront

--Room rental cost is based on duration of stay + # of followers.

--Bathing area isn't free to use and is an extra once off cost.

--Storage chest can be rented and is an extra once off cost.

--Obviously room costs is greatly increased.

 

Dynamic - Paid at end of stay

--Followers need to eat and drink this will run up hidden cost (food cost + drink cost x time x follower)

--Random costs can be added like breaking dishes or drink spills needing cleanup.

--Fist fights between drunk followers and other patrons

 

 

Various things can be done here when it comes to payment.

-Early game and you can't afford the rent costs, you can be given free lodging but you will be getting visitors.

100% of the gold will go to the innkeeper to cover room + food and drink. (limited to just you and 1 follower)

-If you run up a tab and leave without paying, this will come with its own consequences. Hired thugs, abduction, whatever.

Innkeeper's know each other, fuck with one and he might let the others know. When you stay at the next inn you'll get a surprise while you're asleep.

-If you plan on pimping out your followers in the Inn you have to get permission first and the owner will take a cut of the profits.

 

 

There's probably loads that can be added to this, this is just a rough idea I had.

I spend a lot of time in Inns and end up making over 500 gold just by having one whore work the room.

Sure you can have the whore drop her price but what's the point of having a sweet roll and sweet ass cost the same.

One thing that irks me about inns is that you can stay there all night and not have to pay anything
