GoosePeelings Posted May 7, 2017 Posted May 7, 2017 After loading into the world after freshly reinstalling the game and running it via MO, I started getting some very low frames, around 13-17 FPS in the wilderness near Winterhold all the way down to 6-7 FPS in Winterhold. The same happened inside the tavern too. Also, some glacier took a very long time to load in the world. In the abandoned cell, where Alternate Start starts, I got around 60-70 frames. loadorder.txt hdtPhysicsExtensions.log
Bazinga Posted May 7, 2017 Posted May 7, 2017 I'd be interested in the content of your hdtPhysicsExtensions.log file. It's located under SKSE\Plugins If you're using Mod Organizer then that file should be in the Overwrite folder unless you moved it somewhere else from there. edit: Going to bed now. If you find missing bone errors in that file then you either have a problem where the XPMSE skeleton gets overwritten by something else or an instable HDT physics setup. In the second case search for an alternative HDT preset and see if the error goes away. Missing bone errors tend to produce insane framerate drops like this.

Disabling the separately installed skeleton and HDT physics extension seemed to fix the problem, thanks a ton. For the record, I included the log in the main post.
