Thank you, Im new to all this stuff. 

But the game in question is skyrim and my problem is that i installe sexlab and its requirements and a couple of animation packs with all of the requirements. My question is, how do you select and play these animations in game

You need a mod to start the animations, there are plenty of them.

Start with SexLab matchmaker, just to test.

 

And remember to complete sexlab installation after the install by clicking the Install button on the MCM page.

And, just as a reminder, run GenerateFNISForUsers.

I tried this as well but i couldnt find out how to select an animation and play it in game.

With matchmaker you cannot really select an animation, it is chosen randomly.

 

Other mods may give you the ability to play a specific one.

Depending on what you want to do, there are many possibilities, but with (enough) packs installed, no mod will allow you to chose a certain animation every time. 

- with Sexlab tools you can switch to another animation once you've started one, but it can't display as many as you (can) have installed. If you want to play a certain one with 2 actors (you and another one), sexlab itself has a function to test animations if i remember right.

- with matchmaker you have to cast the spell you get on the actors you want to play the animation and wait some seconds.

- most people don't want to cast or use an MCM to play sexanimations. You can use CPUs Follow me for sex or Scent of Sex, Eager NPCs is fine as well. For combat sex use Defeat or Submit (there are more but those should do it for now). If you want some love stories, use Amorous Adventures, and Sexlab solutions will give you an option of sex instead of doing some small vanilla tasks (like you can give a guard a blowjob instead of a bribe to enter Rifton).

This should be a good start, then you can explore LL to find something you like better or as well.
