how to make a better oblivion?

hi, i'm redownloading good old oblivion and need some good start off points, like a good nude mod, good armor replacer for all armor and dlc armors... um maybe a sex mod lol

? you can not run such a old game? Is your computer older than 20 years?

Maybe missing DirectX files? Oblivion needs some old DirectX files or the game doesn't start.
