What's the name of the mod where you can apply multiple colors to hair?

I have vague memories of a mod that allowed you to apply multiple colors to your character's hair.

 

You could have red hair with purple streaks in it, and whatnot.

 

Does this sound familiar to you?

No, that only allows you to change the color of all of your hair, and not mix certain parts.

Is this what you're referring to? Otherwise I don't know. I would just take the hair I want and edit the textures in photoshop and replace the original textures(and if I wanted it to be standalone just add it to an esp)

Yeah, I want to make a preset of M83 band member Kaela Sinclair, and she has purple and red hair.

 

Also, character creation is somewhat limited in Skyrim SE because we don't have racemenu yet.
