Probably should consult the Nexus Mods forums and/or the mod itself for the answer.

Otherwise, perhaps its your load order. Look at this post to see the average load order:

Num pad, Arrow Keys, LShift + Arrow Keys are also used by Lovers/LAPF. So could be a Mod conflict. ( but normally the Lovers key works only during sex)

Try it with changed keys ( ! check all your Mods. Lovers Rapers and some other Lovers Mods also use keys . expanded Hotkeys, Menu Mods,... )

 

Or first try without any active Mods ( only Oblivion, SI , DLCs)
