Can't save the game! I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!

so my gaem get a delay for everything, attacks,animations,dead scene, buying/selling things
and i get pissed off and reinstalled the game
with the same mods i haved before deleting my skyrim
and now, i can't save
if i try my gaem crashes,
auto save,normal save, quickSave
NOTHING!
EVERYTHING CRASHES!
I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
