opcion Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 hey I don't know if my pc is working as it should, these are my specs  fx 6300 3.5mhzgtx 1060 6gb msi 970a-g43 plus 8gb ram 120hz monitor  and I get like 45 fps on a clean install (60-30fps... playable I guess) and 25 when full modded with enb and reshade (30-15fps unplayable)  is that ok or is something wrong  thanks  edit: the launcher detected ultra settings and that's what I'm using btw
Rex89 Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 i have a gen 1 core i7-920 with 12gb RAM and a GTX 1060 3GB OC from factory i get almost flatout 60FPS on high with god rays on low or off at 1080p set the settings to high see if that helps but don't use the presets do it manually click on Advanced in the launcher and don't forget to set god rays to low Â
khumak Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 For comparison sake I have an i5-4670 ,GTX 1050Ti (4GB), 16GB system Ram, and I get about 30-40 FPS outside and 60 inside with full mods and all graphics options set to max quality. IMO anything over 30 is fine as long as it never drops below that. I'm using Vivid Weather, SFO, Verdant, ELFX, 2k textures for everything, and an ENB. Video memory usage outside is about 3.9GB.  With no mods and just the default ultra settings from the launcher I only got 40-50 FPS outside so the performmance drop wasn't much.
opcion Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 Thanks for the answers! I end up uninstalling ENB and following a couple guides and everything is running smoothly now
khumak Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 Apparently there is a poorly written section of code in the game that dramatically reduces your FPS as your mod list gets larger and someone found a fix for it:DLL Plugin Loader - http://www.nexusmods...on/mods/10546/?SSE Fixes - http://www.nexusmods...on/mods/10547/?
