I think they are from the Dwarven Bikini Armor, they're called cyborg something. If you have the AddItemMenu mod you can easily find them.

That´s right, but as far as I know, you can only use a Full-Cyborg-Body (including Arm-Blades) with the Bikini-Armor Pack.
