I think its devious devices and mods that add devious devices that are crashing it

had to use the log file because the crashlog was 2mb

 

also, this is kind of a new save, i set up my mods in alternate start abandoned prison, saved and chose whatever and fast traveled to falkreath

Sounds like save bloat from bad mods. DD uses lots of scripts, but isn't usually the root of the problem.

Deviously Cursed Loot. It's a lovable mod. It also tries to do so many things, that the often collide with what other mods are trying to do. If your game crashed when you opened a door, then try disabling trapped doors, if DCL has that MCM option. Check it out from there.
