Yeah, just take all the files and put them into your skyrim(not data) folder unless there's a data folder(which I don't remember one) and replace your previous ini files with the ones supplied

ENB is amazing!!! Thx so much but may I ask you is there a way to make FPS little up i have something like 17 outside and 20-30 inside.

Like the original creator said, they said it'd tank your game, so I guess you'd either need less mods or a better graphics card. :') I'm not really an expert at this but I'd imagine that's what you'd need.
