Installing JH Dawnguard and any Vampire Mod

Does somebody ever successfully installed JH Dawnguard with any Vampire Mod without getting black face bug in vampire NPC? AFAIK the problem lies in RaceCompatibility (Part of ECE which is required for JH DG,) it overwrites one of the vampire scripts, while there's available patch for any Vampire Mod (Better Vampire, Sacrosanct), it seems the patch overwrite something needed by JH DG in original RaceCompatibility. Is there any workaround so i dont need to install ECE?

in skyrim.esm, race vampirenord have headpart femaleheadnord, and the head mesh is named femaleheadnord in the npc head nif

in dawnguard.esm, race vampirenord have headpart femaleheadnordvampire, and the head mesh is named femaleheadnordvampire in the head npc nif

 

you use a mod older than dawnguard, with dawnguard, mismatch between load order and head nif

you use a mod with dawnguard edit, without dawnguard, mismatch between load order and head nif

and if you use mods older than dawnguard with mod with dawnguard edit... either you go skyrim.esm, either you go dawnguard.esm for the pachs
