How to unstuck a A.I sandbox?

one of my followers is stuck in sandbox, no matter what i do she wont follow me and the only thing she can do is move to a place when i command her but as soon as she does that she goes back to sandboxing, and even if i fast travel somewhere she doesnt follow she is still there sandboxing

 

things i tried without success:

 

- disabling and enabling

- resetAi in console

- recycleactor in console

- going to another location and using moveto player

he says there is no way to fix broken followers besides going back into a save, but i only noticed she was stuck hours later when i decided to continue her quest line (Mrissi's quest), i could unnistall her and install again but maybe someone here knows a better solution

What is in your load order?   There must be something that took over the AI and will not release it.  

What follower mod are you using?   Some have auto idle.

If you use a dance mod.. some of them disable AI until you release them from the dance registry.  

Just a few things.  More information would help.  What did you do before she became stuck.   What command did you give etc.

but i dont think its a mod that is holding the A.I.

as the guy from the link said its probably because at some point i reached the A.I limite and that screwd her packages (and indeed i remenber a fight in the middle of the road of like 60 imperials and stormcloaks from "Extra Encounters Reborn" fighting, and was some time after that i noticed she was stuck)

 

the follower that is stuck is Mrissi, she has her own follower system and stuff
