I know it's out there because I had it in my game once but I replaced it a while ago by mistake and I forgot where I got it.

the animations are pretty similar but its not the same because the video is from 2015 and this mod is from 2016

Goma released the character with this sprint a few months ago, I'm gonna poke around in it to see if I can't extract the sprint for myself

Are there hkx files in the animations folder located in the meshes folder? 

 

Just take them them out and use them in PCEA2. That way you can have a nice new run animation for the player character.
