1st person eye level.. i am too high! help!

Hello.

 

I wasn't sure where to post this help request and this seemed the best place so here is my thing..

 

 

I mostly play in 3rd person as i find it the easiest and i enjoy seeing my player

 

However i do like to switch up from time to time and especially when talking to other NPC's or when i use my bow.

 

Now my issue is that from the very beginning of the game my eye level is way too high in 1st person. My Player is exactly the same physical height as a fellow Nord yet in first person i seem to be 8 ft tall and everyone is looking up at me when i meet them

 

Is there a SAFE way i can somehow edit the eye level in 1st person to set it lower and to a more realistic height without messing up my player or the game?
