CTD on exiting cities

so i have the mod working, no error messages or anything and im at the part in the quest where i have to get the spot remover and i have to go to the spot in the jerral mountains north of Bruma but whenever i try to leave the city the game crashes to desktop. i have also tried fast traveling to places outside of cities but after a few seconds of being in the open the game will crash to the desktop. any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
