How do you deal with hdt hair on custom followers?

HDT hair on player's character are fine during animations, but follower's hdt hair always starts to strech during animations , is there a fix for this?

Your custom follower(s) that got this problem high likely have a custom skeleton that's outdated, try grabbing your main race's skeleton and overwrite your custom followers' skeletons with that one.
