Looking for how to make FX rings.

So this mod is unavalible

 

and the FX eye candy ones do not have what i need so does anyone know how i could make a ring that would make my character or any NPC who wears the ring look like a reanimated zombie? I tried it but i can't figure out what i am doing wrong.

 

edit: Nevermind, i figured it out, if anyone wants to know how, i can tell them.
