I downloaded all of them manually and extracted them into one folder. I followed the instructions on the description page to compress them from 4k - 2k. I haven't tested it out yet since I'm still downloading a lot of other mods.

 

It took me about 5 minutes to download all 30+ textures. A bit of a pain, but his stuff is worth it. If you're going to keep them at 4k then you don't need to worry about the compression tool.
